So my S/o bought me a Astro A40TR+mixamp on the 29th Nov for Xmas but I didn't like the lack of decent padding on the headband and the mic quality so we notified Astro support on the 25th December now on Astros own returns page it states you have 30 days from the time the item is RECEIVED IT to return it 'no questions asked' so on the 27th I got a reply asking if I was returning it in the box or out because they have differing procedures and for short feedback I replied straight away only to not have another reply till the 29th saying its no longer in the 30 days since, so now we get a reply from a Daniel Fletcher saying :
